Following the opening of Virgin’s largest call centre the brief was to help empower employees and embrace them in the spirit of the brand.

Capturing the essence of Virgin and its personality was key. We used selected quotes and ideologies of Richard Branson, the highly admired founder and entrepreneur. We then developed playful and eclectic typographic compositions that brought to life his attitude, culture and vision of Virgin Media.
The theme was also used to spearhead fundraising events and to develop an app, called ‘Being Virgin’, which allowed employees to share their moments of being Virgin.
